CW6180Q/CW6280Q heavy-duty series lathes are universal lathes with split structure, suitable for turning external circles, end faces, grooving, cutting, boring and threading of shaft parts, cylindrical and disc parts made of different materials with high-speed steel and carbide steel tools. The bed has high rigidity, and the slide, tool holder and saddle can move quickly. In addition, this series of machine tools has the characteristics of strong rigidity, high efficiency, safety and reliability, and easy operation.

The machine has the following features:
1. The lathe bed by integrally cast lathe bed structure, internal steel board layout is reasonable, has high rigidity, machine adopts the HT250, equipment with high frequency quenching, guide rail mill grinding process, stable machine tools with high precision, high rigidity, strong cutting.
