Enrobing Machine With Cooling Tunnel : Application :
This enrobing line is to coat chocolate on various food ,such as biscuit ,wafers, egg rolls,cake pie and snacks etc. Cooling tunnel is available. There are following special devices for optional also: 1.Automatic feeder: Simplify the feeding of biscuits or wafers etc to the enrobing wire mesh.
2.Granular sprinkler: Sprinking peanut granulars or sesame on the surface of coating products.
3.Carving : Carve beautiful pattern on the surface of enrobing products.

Cooling Roller : Features :
The frame and side panel is stainless steel, The roller is cooling by chiller water and driven by direct line motor. The hopper is made of Teflon to prevent sugar stick. Each roller has oil and scrap blade. The product is agitated by spiral to get the homogenous product.
