Introducing our state-of-the-art, carbon steel and stainless steel automatic wax block forming machine, equipped with a powerful heating system. This machine effortlessly transforms liquid wax into perfectly shaped blocks, ensuring durability and precision every single time.
A wax block forming machine is a sophisticated device designed to expertly convert liquid wax into meticulously shaped wax blocks. This transformation is executed with precision and efficiency, catering to a variety of applications.
The journey begins as liquid wax, be it paraffin or beeswax, is channeled into the wax storage tank of our advanced forming machine through a pipeline or container. This tank is a technological marvel, equipped with a heating and temperature control system that maintains the wax at an ideal temperature of 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once the liquid wax flows into the mold, a cooling water circulation system ensures it solidifies into its desired shape. The mold's design is crucial as it dictates the final form of the wax block. To ensure a smooth and compact structure during solidification, the machine may apply pressure. Post solidification, the wax block is effortlessly ejected using the ejecting mechanism or by the mold's opening and closing system, making the process seamless and efficient.
