BW6642XXX Series Steel Shaved Gear with M3.5 Z44 is made by hobbing and shaving, the force honing process is possible to improve teeth surface in case necessary.
The precision level of teeth profile and lead are ensured at class 8 after heat treatment.
The design and manufacture as per customer's request are available.
