Touch screen is made from Delta(Taiwan) brand PLC control system and operation panel.
Feed training wheel
Gluing:
Nonstick material glue pot,easy to clean.Board preheating part,better gluing effect.
End trimming:
Auxiliary pinch roller for narrow boards.Stable edge banding even for 4CM width panel.Strong end cutting unit makes sure the well process.

Fine/Rough trimming:
Fine/rough trimming mechanism,full automatic adjustment.,adopts automatic tracking and high frequency motor to ensure the trimming places smoothly.
Corner Rounding:
Corner Rounding mechanism with two high precision tracking motor to make sure high tracking speed and high trimming speed.
Scrapping:
Scrapping process with dust collecting pipe makes sure the clean final panel.
Buffing:
The polishing roller is made of special material,which is durable and has better effect.
Solve the problem that the edge banding of the workpiece processed by the edge banding machine is not firmly bonded due to the low temperature in the factory space in winter.
