PET bottle label peeling machinery
In Asia, most of labels made from PVC heat-shrinkage film which cannot be removed through bottle prewashing; this is another major problem in PET recycling industry. BoReTech patented label separation machine completely solved this problem. Firstly, label scrapper will tear the labels, so that the labels no longer attached to bottles, and then,the labels will completely separated by adjustable wind-force and gravity difference.
BoReTech supplys two types of PVC label separation machines.One type is consist of label scrapper and label blower.Another one is compact device which has two functions in one and with less sapce occupation.
Patented label scrapping blade and bolt has the feature of long service life, high efficiency of label separation rate and low bottle damage. The general separation rate is over 95% and bottle-breaking rate within 5%; and service life can reaches up to 10000T.
Specially designed machine structure can minimize the time of changing blades, making sure the smooth running of the entire production line.
