Product Description

High temperature Muffle furnace for ashing and volatile combustible matter analysis 1000ºC Muffle furnace is the periodic operation type electric furnace, It can be used for chemical analysis, physical measurement and heat treatment of general small steel parts in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutions and laboratories.
This series resistance furnace is equipped with KSW or DRZ type temperature controller and nickel-cr-ni-si thermocouple, which can measure, indicate and automatically control the furnace temperature.

Construction
This series furnace shell is made of thin steel plate by folding welding.The furnace chamber is composed of a box-shaped integral lining made of a high alumina refractory.Heating element Ocr25A15 ferrochrome aluminum alloy wire is wound into a spiral shape and threaded into the wire groove on, under, left and right of the furnace lining.The wire groove is connected with the furnace so that the heating element radiates heat directly to the furnace.This kind of open furnace lining can effectively accelerate the furnace chamber heating speed and improve the temperature control accuracy.The lining and shell of the electric furnace are lined with aluminum silicate fiber felt and diatom, earth brick as insulation layer.
The furnace door is fixed to the furnace panel by a long arm with multi-stage hinges. The furnace door turns flexibly. When closed, press or push the handle, buckle the door hook, the furnace door can be close to the mouth. When open, just need to go up or go in a little handlebar, after decoupling, put the furnace door in the side can.
A thermocouple for temperature measurement is inserted through an open hole.
