RCSJ series LDPE LLDPE HDPE BOPP film pelletizing machine is designed and manufacture by our company,it combine the latest new Euro recycling tech which is with function of cutting/compactor the plastic film in first step,the specially designed structure screw ensure the best extrusion and vacuum degassing performance.

Simple in Design, Flexible in Operation - For blown film, T-shirt bag, garbage bag, supermarket bag producers and professional recyclers.
- Able to process PE (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE), PP flexible packaging material with printed and non-printed area.
- Suitable for both post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste.
Belt conveyor
As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compacting room through belt conveyor
Function:
to feeding material into compactor
Cutter compactor
Crushes, dries and compacts the material which enables a fast and stable feeding from the compactor directly into the extruder.
Function:
The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps. Frictional heating caused by high speed rotatory blades will heat and shrinking below agglomerating point
Main extruder
With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.
Function:
A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material.
Filtration System:
Large filtration area
Reducing screen changing frequency
Laser filter without manual as optional

Function:
To stop impurities by 80-120 mesh,put multiple layers
Water-ring Pelletizing system
Adjust the pelletizer speed automatically based on the pressure of Die head, and achieve the uniform final pellets size.
Function:
Pneumatic blade clamping device: knife of pelletizing system compact with Die head automatically by pneumatic system
Electrical controlling system
For electrical controlling of the entire system. All electrical units mounted in a steel cabinet. Press button switched with light indicators; All heaters equip with Ammeters; Safety interlock principle applied in the system;
Function:
to control the production line by PLC system
