2.Structure feature
1)The main foundation parts such as pedestal, sliding seat, table, column, spindle box with high rigid iron structure, reinforcement is distributed internal of the base, sliding seat is box type structure. Ensure the basic pieces of high rigidity and resistance bending vibration performance; The main foundation parts with resin sand molding and after aging treatment, ensure the stability of the precision machine tool use for a long time.
2) The X, Y, Z guideway are all linear guideway, automatic forced lubrication, to achieve the high speed movement of the machine tool;
3)Feeding of X, Y, Z directions adopts ball screw with high accuracy high strength, the speed is high;The drive motor is directly connected with the ball screw through the elastic coupling , feeding servo motor directly transmission of power to the high-precision ball screw, have no back gap, to ensure the positioning accuracy and synchronization of the machine tool;
4)Spindle unit from Taiwan famous brand with high speed, high precision, high rigid, axial and radial capacity is strong, velocity 8000rpm;
5)Spindle with blowing center, high pressure gas immediately clean the inner taper of the spindle after the spindle loosen tool, ensure the clamping accuracy of cutting tool;
6)The guideways and the ball screws of the X, Y, Z three directions enclosed protection ,ensure the cleanness of ball screw and guideway, ensure the transmission and motion precision of machine tools;
7)Adopts high pressure water stampings with automatic spiral chip removal device, automatic remove chip, high efficient, reduce the labor intensity of operators;

9)Using Taiwan's high quality high speed automatic change tool magazine with umbrella type 10(standard configuration) or round plate type 16(option ), change tool accurate, time is short, high efficiency, after running test one million times, conform to the requirements of the reliability; tool magazine with damping stucture, can reduce the impact of the movement, ensure the service life of the automatic change tool magazine.
