1.We adopts the CNC operation systems from Taiwan Delta Company, and use 8 inch colorful LCD HMI monitor to its human-computer interface. The monitor itself can design simple LCD screen, through which you can edit the system, making the operation easy to learn. Also you can choose PC screen display to edit software, so as to supervise and inspect programs. By computer screen RS232, programs can be transmitted and executed by PC, or transmitted directly by USB.
2.The clamping uses hydraulic double clamping vice, available to install and high accuracy of resetting. Cooling,blowing and clamping are together when products moving.
3.Using double tracking mode for tapping, perfect thread, accuracy tapping depth control and tapping fast.
4.The machine uses a totally enclosed protective cover and automatic left sliding door. It is of easy operation and good water resistance. Its screw-type chip conveyor remove chips quickly and easily.
5.All sliding surfaces are equipped with self-lubricating pump to ensure that the machine could serve long.

Technical High Lights:
1. The whole machine adopts GB-HT300 resin sand castings, which are tempered and naturally aged to eliminate internal stress.
2.The worktable has a fourth-axis, one person can watch multiple machine tools, and can complete product processing at one time.
3.The spindle box and sleeve are ground and processed, with high matching precision and long service life.
4.Each sliding surface uses an automatic lubrication pump device to ensure the service life of the machine.
5.The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed protective cover, which has good waterproof effect and safety; it is equipped with a screw-type chip catcher, which is timely and convenient for excretion.
