1. Host part:
It adopts servo motor shearing, double conveyor boxes for wire feeding, and 5-hole high-speed straightening barrel to make steel bar straightening easier.
2.Electronic control part:
Adopt Delta PLC control, stable and reliable performance
3. Blanking part:
The whole steel plate is laser cut, the blanking frame is stable, and the material capacity is large. The steel bar pushing device can be equipped according to the user's needs. The cut steel bars are neat and easy to use in the next process (welding).
4. Circle pay-off stand:
Pneumatic brake pay-off reels and electric pay-off reels can be provided according to user needs.
The pneumatic brake pay-off disk is linked to the host machine, and the main machine stops working, and the pneumatic brake device starts, immediately stopping the rotation of the pay-off turntable; the electric pay-off disk is linked to the host machine, and the PLC controls the pay-off speed. The host stops working, and the pay-off motor is powered off. The reel stops rotating instantly, making production safer and more reliable
