This high speed vertical mixer can mix the powder raw materials add water into paste shape . It has following features: Mixed Uniform, there will no small particles and small blocks. Feeding and discharge materials is very convenient, when feeding, just need put raw materials, small materials,and water into mixer together , then cover the lid, by setting the time to start mixing , when discharging , only open the cylinder or hand valve, So that the operation is simple and health, no need hand touch the raw materials . Simple to clean, just add water to the hopper, turn on the machine, and then release the water, it can be clean the machine . High-speed mixer sealing structure has been carefully designed, reliable sealing, easy disassembly repair, all gears after heat treatment, long service life.
Working Principle:
The high-speed mixer consists of a bottom feed paddle and a high-speed pulverized paddle. The bottom paddle let the materials continuously up the barrel wall. High-speed pulverized paddle will broken the materials completely, so that the material to form a spiral loop, in a short period of time to achieve the purpose of mixing the material evenly.

Main Structural features: As the role of centrifugal force, high-speed mixer bottom paddle feeding raw materials continuously upward along the barrel wall .the upper part of the material down from the center down, the material cycle to form a spiral. High-speed pulverized paddle can broken the materials completely. Mixing Uniform can be 100% . Open discharge valve, discharge materials quick , and easy to clean the device. High-speed mixer material contacts are made with stainless steel, in the mixing process does not produce volatile materials, deterioration and loss. Applications :
