Our company developed the complete set full automatic multifuctional candy bar/nougat/cereal bar/fruit jelly bar/nutritional bar production line base on more than 300 years experience and advanced technology.the production line is mainly used for producing different kind of bars with or without chocolate coating.this line is consists of four main sections:cooking and mixing unit;bar forming unit (including sheet forming /caramel depositing/nutsmixing/cooling/sitting and guillotine);automatic chocolate enrobing and cooling unit;automatic conveying and flow packing unit.

1.Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check
2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine
3.Packing:
a. Inside the machine put desiccant
b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine, Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrapc. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel
4.Container:according to different products for reinforcement
