Transformer Oil Purification and Decoloration Machine Application:
The Oil regeneration system (Series ZYD-I) is specially designed for on-site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. Besides dehydration, degasification and particulate removal, ZYD-I system also has the capability of removing acidity, sludge, and other soluble oil decay products and discolorizing oil. These are accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. After the treatment, the oil can be reused as new. For special application, the system can also be installed and operated on a trailer with a leak proof base.
Regular servicing of transformers with our equipment can substantially improve their lifetime and performance and on top helps to save money.
Features: 1.The plant is delivered ready for operation.
2.It provides regular oil purification but also removes acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.
3.Degasification, dehydration and filtration processes to purify various kinds of insulation oils in electrical transformers and circuit breakers through one or several passes.
4. There are two vacuum pumps for plant ZYD-I (one is the vacuum pump, and the other one is the roots pump), which can improve the vacuum value highly, ensuring the water-content of the treated oil is less than 3 PPM.
5. All oil treatment plants, including series ZYD-I, are equipped with an automatic Anti-Foam Control System.
6. The plant is equipped with built-in control and safety devices, which provide maximum operating security.
7. Minimized power consumption through optimized degasification (an excellent efficiency factor).
8. Standardized filter housing for 5 micron, 20 micron and 80 micron filter cartridges.
9. Automatic supervision of the degree of contamination of the fine filter cartridges
10. ZYD-I can evacuate the electric equipment separately, such as the transformer. Also it can be used to dry the electric equipment and input the oil into the electric equipment under the vacuum state.
11.Reliable and automatic, The machine adopts the double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector which can make sure the machine works online for 150 hours continuously without person.
12. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor so as to avoid heating with no liquids, pumping with no liquids, oil leakage and electricity leakage. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
13. Functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling, as well as live-line working on site.
