The smell is fragrant and full-bodied, and the taste is pure and sweet. Bees take nectar or secretion with water content of about 75% from the flowers of plants and store them in their second stomach. Under the action of various transformations in honeybees, the transformed nectar or secretion is stored in the nest by worker bees and sealed with beeswax. After 15 days of repeated brewing, various vitamins, minerals and amino acids were enriched to a certain value. At the same time, the polysaccharide in nectar was transformed into monosaccharide glucose and fructose which could be directly absorbed by human body. The nectar or secretion with water content less than 23% is honey. Honey is a supersaturated solution of sugar, which will crystallize at low temperature. Glucose is the main component that does not produce crystallization.
