3. Product Description
Hay and silage samplers replace manual sampling, improve the stability, uniformity and reliability of
sampling, reduce labor intensity, and improve the accuracy and automation of analysis and
detection. It is suitable for easy sampling of alfalfa, oats, Leymus chinensis, weeds, silage, yellow
silage and other roughages. It does not damage the physical and chemical properties of the
materials, but also can sample accurately. The length is more than 25 cm. The matching power of
the sampler is a 78 volt, 8000mAh charging wrench. One charge can continuously sample for 3
hours, more than 100 samples.
The sampler is mainly composed of a motor and a sampling cylinder, and the head of the sampling
cylinder is provided with a spiral cutting blade. When sampling, select the sampling point, press the
power switch, the sampling cylinder will rotate accordingly, and the sample will continue to enter the
sampling cylinder. Only a certain section of sample can be collected to complete the sampling of a
certain section of depth. After sampling, release the power switch and take out the sampler.
4. Compared with the prior art, this product has the following advantages:
1. It saves time and effort in hay sampling, not only does not damage the bale structure, but also
facilitates multi-point sampling, and can effectively control the sampling depth and sampling
volume;
2. The stainless steel sampler is tough and durable, small in size, light in weight, small in contact
area with the blade, and less damaged, thus prolonging the service life of the sampler;
3. The discharge bar is set to facilitate the discharge of hay from the sampler after sampling. The
seal ring is set between the discharge bar and the sampling cylinder to avoid the leakage of hay
during sampling and unloading.
Note: The sampler needs to add butter regularly for lubrication: after taking 1000 times, unscrew 4 screws of the drill head to add.
