Pancake slip ring, also called ultrathin flat slip rings. A common form for flat slip ring and made up of two parts, ring surface and brush assembly. The ring surface circuit board with ultra-thick copper layer, and then copper plating and hard gold plating, so the PCB slip rings have high hardness and wear resistance features.

In certain applications where a cylindrical shape slip ring will simply not fit into the available space or a very low profile is needed, a pancake or platter style slip ring can be used. The SNK012, with 20mm thickness and hol size 12.7mm, uses SenRing's fiber brush technology which offers several advantages over conventional slip ring contacts including multiple points of contact per brush bundle, low contact force per fiber and low contact wear rates
The PS012, with 2 ~ 10 circiuts and compact 20mm body thickness, which we call our disk slip ring .
