Characteristics of steel grating well cover: the well cover plate is simple in construction, light in weight, good in bearing capacity, impact resistant, better bent than bent, large in drainage capacity, beautiful and durable after hot-dip galvanizing treatment, and corrosion-resistant. It has incomparable advantages over cast iron cover plates. Hinge connection or hook connection is adopted for easy opening and anti-theft function.

The company can also design and manufacture well cover plates of other specifications and shapes according to special customer requirements.
Type of steel grating manhole cover:
(1) According to the different materials of the steel grating well cover, the steel grating well cover is divided into hot-dip galvanized trench cover, stainless steel well cover, brass trench well cover, etc.
(2) According to the shape of the well cover plate, it can be divided into ordinary well cover plate, U-shaped well cover plate, tubular well cover plate and openable well cover plate.
Description for selection of steel grating manhole cover size:
(1) The direction of the flat steel of the steel grating well cover is the bearing (supporting) direction, and the length L of the flat steel is determined according to the gap reserved by the trench width;
(2) The steel grating well cover is arranged according to the ditch length, and the standard plate width meeting the processing modulus is 995mm, with a gap of 5mm between the plates;
(3) . the remaining part of the trench length less than 1m shall be sized by modeling;
(4) The model of steel grating plate shall be selected according to the trench width and bearing requirements.
(5) It is recommended to select standard size well cover plate for design and construction, and other specifications can be customized.
