Product Description Uses and Features The fluorine-ined butterfly valve adopts a PTFE-ined butterfly plate with a sphericalsealing surface. The valve is easy to operate, has tight sealing perfomance, and has along service life; it can be used for quick shut-of f or flow regulation. Suitable forapplications requiring reliable sealing and good regulation characteristics. The valve body adopts a split type, and the seal at both ends of the valve shaft iscontrolled by the rotating base surface between the butterfly plate and the valve seat plusfluorine rubber, it ensures that the valve shaft does not come into contact with the fluidmedium in the cavity. lt is widely used in the transportation of liquid and gas (indudingsteam) in varous types of industrial pipelines, and the use of severe comosive media.such as: sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine, strong alkali, aqua regia,etc.sexual medium. The operating torque is small, the operation is convenient, labor-saving and smart, and the 90° rotation can be opened quickly. 3. Small and light, easy to disassemble and maintain, and can be installed in any position. 4. The seals can be replaced, and the sealing performance is reliable and can achieve zero leakage of bidirectional sealing. 5. The sealing material has the characteristics of aging resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. 6. The flow characteristics tend to be straight, and the adjustment performance is good. 9. The connection between the butterfly plate and the valve stem adopts a pin-free structure, which overcomes the possible intemal leakage point. 10. The butterfly plate can be sprayed with coating according to user requirements, such as nylon or PTFE. 11. The valve can be designed as flange connection and wafer connection. 12. Various drive modes can be selected from manual, electric or pneumatic, and the actuator can be selected with electric signal feedback indicaton and vanous accessories to realize automatic operation.
