Product Description
ZYGMP-Double RO EDI Ultrapure Water System
The core technology of ZYGMP--EDI Ultrapure Water System adopts single-stage or double-stage reverse osmosis system, EDI and other latest processes to design targeted high-quality pure water treatment processes in a targeted manner to meet the purified or distilled water of pharmaceuticals, hospitals, biologics, animal pharmaceutical, laboratory diagnostic reagents, etc. The entire system is composed of SUS304L or SUS316L all stainless steel material combination, and before the water point must be equipped with ultraviolet,ozone disinfection device or can also be pasteurized.
1. Water production: 250-2000lph (or according to customers' requirement)
2. Control: Automatic 7'' PLC touch screen operation
3. Inlet water condition: tap water
4. Water quality: Meet the requirements of GMP and Ch.P. 2015;
pure water conductivity: ≤ 5.1us / cm (resistivity ≥ 0.2MΩ.cm)

10. Working pressure: 0.2-0.4 Mpa
11. Water temperature: 5-40 ℃
