Product Description

1. The wire allows greater sawing heights than large discs. It is possible to cut large block by diamond wire;
2. Thinner cutting width, and more precise;

4. Noise nuisance generated by diamond wire saw is significantly less than produced by other sawing techniques;
5. Less noice, less pollution, noise generated by diamond wire saw is much less than discs cutting.
Diamond wire saw machine can be used for cutting various stone in quarry, such as marble, granite and sandstone etc. The wire speed controlled by inverter allows variation of the wire speed from 0 to 40m/sec. The traverse speed is controlled automatically by special electronic control system, which maintain the tension of diamond wire during cutting the blocks.
1.360°rotation of the mail pulley allows the wire saw to cut in any direction.
2. The distance of lateral movement of the main pulley support is up to 350mm.
3. Control panel is intelligent, easy to read and operate, can be positioned up to 15 meters from working area. Safe for the operator.
4. Automatic control systems for the machine\'s movement,start from zero velocity to high cutting speed step by step, which is endurable for power motor.
5. Cooling fans can blow out the heat in time.
6.Water flow inspecting (the machine will alarm and reduce its speed and finally stop automatically when cooling water running out or become deficient).
7.Wire-broken protection. This system would break out warnings within 6 seconds and then reduce forward velocity till cease in case of broken of diamond wire.
8.Multi-protection against over loading, empty loading, over electric current, over voltage, defective voltage.
