2. Working Principle of Stone Impact Crusher
The stone impact crusher is mainly composed of the chassis, grate bar, motor, rotor, plate hammer, counterattack liner and so on.
Its main working principle is basically the same as that of the impact crusher: the rotor rotates at high speed under the driving of the motor. The plate hammer fixed on the rotor produces a strong impact force on the falling material, which causes the material to be loosely broken, thus achieving the purpose of crushing.
The high efficiency fine crusher is improved in the working area, the second crushing chamber is added, the broken material in the crushing chamber is broken again, the crushing efficiency is increased, the granularity control is more accurate, the nonconformity rate is effectively reduced, and the work flow is more simplified, fast and efficient.
Crushed material reaches granularity of the request, the machine is discharged from the discharge port to obtain the finished product.
