Product Description This full automatic filling machine is used for filling chemical viscosity materials such as polyurethane(PU) sealant, MS sealant, adhesive or paste into aluminum cartridges and aluminum tubes. Its feature is vertical filling structure. During the filling process, the uploading of aluminum cartridges and plungers, filling precisely, plunger inserting and air exhausting are automatic, quantity counting and code printing are also automatic. There's friendly man-machine interface, worker can set the filling volume by touching type interface directly. This automatic filling machine has advantages of filling fastly and operating continuous.
This machine is not only meets large-scale production requirement, saves production cost, but also keeps the quality of sealant stable and reliable.
