2.With high- precision ball screw bar and rolling linear guide, the operating components make positioning accurately.

3.Remote control device is adopted in cooling system. Depends on the hole size, materials, chips and required precision, adjusting the flow rate and pressure can optimize the cooling result.

4.The guide part of the spindle is driven by a single oil cylinder, with smooth operation, ingenious structure and uniform force on theguide sleeve; the intermittent air blowing function can timely and effectively clean up the chip accumulation phenomenon in the processing process.

5. The main shaft adopts Taiwan famous brand, which has the characteristics of high bearing accuracy, large torque and low noise; the main shaft transmission part adopts high torque frontal tooth belt pulley transmission, high speed modular design, and the spindle constant temperature device can effectively prolong the service life of the spindle. Due to the adoption of the above advanced technology,the performance, precision, processing range, operation and work efficiency of the machine tool have reached the advanced level of imilar machine tools.
