Instructions for use
1.The use of this machine before the first familiar with its structure, and then on the lubrication parts and oil pots for oil filling, in each shift before using light pressure two or three pressure oil handle for oil filling. Check whether the electrical equipment is in normal.
2.Press the start button after turning on the power, check whether the rotating direction of the equipment is running according to the indicated direction, if it is not running according to the indicated direction, please rewire it, otherwise it will produce faults.
3.Step down the pedal board, so that the upper pattern roller lifts up to send the rubber under the cutter.
4.Press the start button to work.This interface is the cover, through the control interface on the 'enter the system' button, you can enter the automatic control operation interface.1.Output Display: indicates the current production output. It can be reset to zero by pressing 'Zero'.
2.Length Setting:Press 10.0 part to adjust the required length.
3.Feeding,Undoing:Manual feeding and undoing.
4.Pointing:the upper and lower cutter points.1.Forward Backward: for manual feeding and rewinding.
2.Start Stop: The start and stop of the machine.
