Chemical pump design concept:
Compared with the traditional chemical centrifugal pump, the pump's front cover, back cover, impeller, water tank, and shaft seal protection for the perfluorinated centrifugal pump are all high-quality PVDF raw materials. One injection moulding effectively improves the overall structural strength of the pump, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and other special properties. The new idling water tank is connected with the new mechanical seal (our invention patent) through the circulating pipe, which effectively ensures that the sealing fixed ring and the rotating end face have long-term coolant infiltration, which can effectively protect the sealing and will not quickly damage the sealing assembly due to air transport.
