A:The first step is to check whether the temperature of the injection machine can reach 400 °C and that of the mould can reach 230°C. Secondly, we need to choose suitable flowing PEEK raw materials according to the structure of the products. The PEEK660G with high fluidity is suitable for making thin-walled products, and the PEEK660GFG with medium fluidity is suitable for making normal products, the PEEK660CA30 with low fluidity is suitable for making products that require high toughness, such as screws.
