EVA Hot Melt Glue Pelletizing Line
This production line is mainly used for EVA type hot melt adhesive and rubber type hot melt adhesive , all kinds of thermoplastic elastomers, SBS, TPU,PA, etc ,such as packing glue, bookbinding glue ,straw glue , pipeline anticorrosion glue , SBS carpet glue , pressure sensitive glue, pearl cotton glue , coating glue , cigarette holder glue and all kinds of hot melt adhesive .
This production line is combined structure, it is one stop production including reacting, heating and melting ,filtering, extruding , granulating ,drying and so on. It's the most advanced production equipment of EVA type hot melt adhesive and rubber type hot melt adhesive .
Due to its stickiness nature, hot glue is hard to cutting in traditional way, such as water-strand pelletizing, water ring, air cooling hot cutting. Therefore Haisi adopt an advanced new cutting method--underwater pelletizing system. With the underwater pelletizer, granules come out from die head and flow into water directly, which increases the cooling efficiency, and makes the granules shaped good.
Application :
Thermoplastic Elastomer TPE, TPU, TPV, TPR,TPS, POE, EVA, SBS etc. are widely used in daily life, such as tpu fabric, tpu medical gloves, tpu phone case, tpu shoe sole, tpu strap, tpv sealing and others.
