Polypropylene (PP) Balls
Service temperature: - 30 +110 ºC
We supply solid&hollow PP balls used in applications such as deodorant bottle, perfume bottle and trigger sprayer. Polypropylene balls are non-toxic and are highly resistant to acids, alkalis, alcohols and many inorganic chemicals.
Nylon balls
Service temperature: - 30 +80 ºC
We can supply PA6 PA66 Nylon balls which provide low weight, high corrosion, wear and abrasion resistance. They are auto lubricant and with good ductility, toughness and electric insulating properties.
Delrin/polyoxymethylene (POM)
Service temperature: - 40 +85 ºC
We supply POM balls which meet FDA requirements. They exhibit good fatigue resistance, impact resistance, tensile and shear strength and dimensional stability.Due to their low coefficient of friction, acetal balls are used in pump, valve, slide and rolling applications.
PTFE - Teflon balls
Service temperature: - 200 +260 ºC
We provide Teflon balls which are often used in special bearings,ball valves, medical instruments, chemical and pharmaceutical industry. They are excellent electrical insulators and surpass most plastics when it comes to chemical resistance and performance in extreme temperatures.
