Machine tool introduction

3, processing method: the product blank through the truss in each station in turn clamping processing, complete drilling, turning spherical surface, drilling side holes, milling side slot processes, a complete product processing
4, fixture mode: hydraulic synchronous clamp, hydraulic Angle cylinder, hydraulic chuck, internal support fixture
5, loading and unloading method: lifting machine material, vibration plate discharging, truss claw clamping material through each station processing, and finally into the conveyor belt, transferred to the material box
6, processing efficiency: about 7 seconds/piece
