A: Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China.
It is 2 hours from SHANGHAI HONGQIAO AIRPORT by car.
It is 2.5 hours from SHANGHAI PUDONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Both of them have direct buses to our city, which is very convenient for you to visit.
Q-3, Whether your machines do quality checking before delivery?
A: Following factory's standard processing step, we do running test before delivery.
Q-4, Do you have engineers to help install and run the machines and train the workers?
A: We have 5 skilled and rich-experienced engineers ready for your requirements.
Q-5, How long are your machines warranty and what services you can provide after warranty?
A: We offer one year warranty since the machines arrive at your factory.
During this period, if they break down due to quality problems, we will send free spare parts or engineers to repair for free.
If the machines are out of warranty, we will offer spare parts and repair services at cost prices for life long time of machines.
Q-6, What Payment Terms are your conpany accepted?
A: Generally we accept TT, L/C at sight. TT 30% as deposit; TT 70% before delivery; L/C at sight of total amount.
