Structure feature
Change paper core automatically. The finished paper roll will be pushed out automatically, then change another paper core for rewinding. Many sizes of paper core are suitable. Adopt PLC programmable controller to control the production process. The rewinding process of the product is tight first and loose afterward with different levels of tightness, to avoid the paper core of the finished products loose for long time storage. Stepless unwinding raw paper to keep it is stable. Jumbo Roll Paper is pneumatically uploaded onto machine. Machine stop when raw paper broke High precision soft screw knife , 4 pieces, to make lower noise. Perforating effect is good. Pneumatic control, easy for paper injection. Embossing unit is steel to rubber rollers. Gluing device: In the production of kitchen towel paper, the glue makes two plies of paper stick together to improve water absorption and appearance.
