BREWERY BEER FERMENTING VESSEL
Fermentation systeme is designed for beer fermenting and storage, cooling, fermentation unit is mainly including beer fermenter, yeast propagation system, that’s a important part in whole brewery. Alstonbrew has designed different size fermenters according customer’s request. All tanks are made by sanitary SS304 material, which meet domestic and international food safety and hygiene standard. They are cylindrical cone bottom tank, the cone is 60-72degree for exhaust the yeast easier. The external are made by 2B stainless steel drawing board, connected by welding. The internal pickling passivation treatment, and equiped with 80mm polyurethane insulation.
Fermentation system consist by many fermentation tank, bright beer tank.
All tanks are made by sanitary SS304 material, which meet domestic and international food safety and hygiene standard.
The fermenters/Unitanks fabrited by Alston team following the more reasonable craft beer brewing request and clients secial request.
All the tanks fits requirement of PED, ASME, AS1210etc. All fittings using the top level Chinese supplier, the stable standard on quality is priority.
All tanks are with good standard or are customized tanks are following special brewing recipe requirement, also we developed different tanks whcih follow different preference and brewing process.
And the possible status of building all over the world, such as open fermenters, unitanks, CCT, horizontal Storage tanks, stacked fermeneter and BBTs etc.
We can produce the tanks as the standard and certificate request from different countries and area, each tank with right serial number for accurate following up on maintaining and service when clients are using these tanks.
Beside we have more strict inspection on whole production process, each welding joint, polishing and pressure testing ect following the fixed procesure standard which guarantee 100% qualified tanks.
The main coming and returning line equipped with pressure reducing device and bypass flow to avoid any problem cause by higher pressure when piping glycol in.
All the glycol line configured with right polyurethane insulation to lower the cooling energy loss. The glycol line is well prepared with right connectors for adding more fermenters in the future.
