Within 1 year after receiving our machines, under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, we will replace them by air-mail or express immediately free of charge.
After 1 year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price. If there is something wrong with the machine, we are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.
2. Can you make paper mill design for us?
--Yes, we have professional team with rich experience of paper mill design by CAD software. You only need to tell us your open land dimension, we will make your future paper mill design.
3. What's the payment terms?
--30% initial payment when place your order, 70% balance payment before shipment.
