Tec-Sieve Ferruled Type Stainless Steel Rope Mesh Panels
Our stainless steel rope ferruled mesh is fabricated from high quality and robust stainless steel ropes. These ropes are swaged with stainless steel ferrules in a special process to form a highly flexible and transparent grid structure that is suitable for two- or three-dimensional applications.
The rope diameter includes without limitation 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm and 8mm. The rope construction types usually include 6x7+WSC and 6x19+WSC.
Material: stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L.
Ferrule material: tinned copper, nickel plated copper, stainless steel.
Surface treatment: primary color or black oxide finish.
Cable diameter: 1.0-5.0 mm.
Mesh opening sizes: 25-200 mm.
Mesh opening angles: 20°, 30°, 60°, 70°, 75°. Mesh aperture at 60° as standard opening.
Ordering: specific to order, according to the project.
Construction of wire cable: 7 × 7, 7 × 19.
Connection: ferrule or knotted.
