The machine adopts the workbench mobile, beam fixed gantry frame structure, widely used in automotive, aerospace, printing and packaging, textile machinery, metallurgy, petrochemical, locomotive, mold and other large and medium-sized machinery parts processing and mould manufacturing industry, once clamping can meet the requirements of coarse, half finishing and finishing, can finish milling, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, and other process.
1)Base, table, column, beam, a slide, spindle box and other major components using cast iron HT300, enclosure structure, compact and reasonable symmetric reinforcement structure to ensure the high rigidity and resist bending vibration performance;With resin sand molding and after full of aging treatment, provides the guarantee for the stability of the machine.
2) X, Y direction guideway are all imported Taiwan HIWIN overloaded roller linear guideway,with fast speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature rise change characteristic;X direction is 6 siders double gudieway structure,Y direction adopts stepwise type parallel structure,give consideration the span of both of vertical and horizontal two direction; Z direction is widen the rectangular slide guideway, and the intermediate frequency quenching and precision grinding, sliding guideway surface paste PTFE composite materials and precision lapping, with automatic forced lubrication, improve the accuracy of machine life and rigidity;
