---We are a factory, our factory established in 2011, and we have right of import & export.
2. What is the MOQ?
---Normally is 300 sets per model, or a full 20GP with different models, But if you want to place a trial order less than that, it is also acceptable, just price will a little different.
3. Can I get samples? ---Yes. We can provide existing sample for free, you just need to pay the delivery cost, but if you need customize, which need to charge at least $200 per item, the sample fee will refund when your order quantity reach to a certain quantity.
4. How longwill be take for sample? and for mass production ?
---1) For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.
2) For customized sample, it takes 5-7 days, depends on the complexity of your design.
3) For mass production is about 20-35days for a full 20GP.
5. What is your payment term?
---1) For common products is T/T with 30% deposit and balance payoff before shipment.
2) For customized products is T/T with 50% deposit and balance payoff before shipment.
6. What is your trade terms?
---EXW or FOB Shenzhen, if you need us delivery goods to other port in China, also acceptable.
7. How long is the warranty period?
---Normally is 1 year for the metal products if you use under a reasonable circumstances, but please rest assured, as long as you are our customer, you can find us always.
8. How about the package of your products?
---We use export general packaging, plastic bags and cartons, if you need color box packaging, we can customize for you.
9. Can I modify part of the product structure to meet the needs of my local market?
---Of course. Our engineer team can modify product's design depends on your requirements.
10. How many colors of the products we can choose ?
---Normally is Black and White, other colors need to reach a certain number.
