Acrylic Redispersible Polymer Powder
Product description
SETAKY® Acrylic RDPis a redispersible polymer powder produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on EVA and acrylic polymers. It dissolves in water easily and quickly forms emulsion. It has low glass transition temperature, excellent flexibility in low temperature and adhesive strength. Besides, it enables waterproof mortar excellent resistance to crack, water, humidity and freezing-thawing. Two-component JS waterproof coating could be replaced by waterproof mortar, which is safe and convenient for transport, storage and construction.

Application range
Applied for waterproof mortar, the constructions are as follows:
- Waterproof & leaking proof construction such as external wall, bathroom, roof, water tower, swimming pool, cesspool, reservoir, etc.
- Waterproof & leaking proof for various underground construction such as basement, civil air defense, tunnel, dam, subway, trench, etc.
- Leaking proof coating or painting for porous walls such as aerated concreteand hollow brick. It also applied for repairing face brick and cement products.

Package:
A. Standard Packing: In 25kg paper bags inner with PE bags
B. Big Bag or other special packages as per clients’ request.
Storage:
Store it in a cool, dry place below 30°C and protected against humidity and pressing, since the goods is thermoplastic, storage time should not exceed six months.
