Machine description:
Main structure and working principle
This machine consists of soaking machine , outside brushing machine, inside brushing machine,transmission system and electrical control box.
The bottle is cleaning as the follows:
Feeding empty bottle--soaking and spraying--external brushing--internal brushing-- bottle inside water spraying--drying and bottle out
Among: the temperature of hot alkaline water is 50-55℃, the concentration of alkaline is about 2.5%.
Main structure and working principle of soak machine
The soak machine consists of main transmission mechanism, control bottle mechanism, roller drum, soaking pool.
Main transmission mechanism
After reduction, the power motor can be divided into two ways: one route intermittent motion mechanism drives the drum part to make intermittent rotation; one route and two pairs of cone gears engage to drive the bottle control mechanism to rotate.
