Through the specific mechanical structure and working principle, the paraffin wax after a series of treatment, the formation of uniform size, regular shape of the particles, through the screw or plunger and other devices to extrude the paraffin through the mold with a specific aperture, the paraffin wax at the exit of the mold is extruded into strips, and then through the cutting knife to cut it into uniform particles. Just like making noodles, the dough (like paraffin) is first extruded into strips through a mold, and then cut into small segments (pellets).
Major component
Heating system: Used to heat the solid paraffin wax to a liquid state for subsequent molding operations.
Molding system: If extrusion molding, including screw, barrel and mold. The screw is used to push the paraffin forward in the barrel and apply pressure, the barrel plays the role of holding the paraffin and working with the screw, and the mold determines the shape and size of the particles.
Cooling system: After the paraffin particles are formed, they need to be cooled in time to shape them.
Cutting system (for extrusion molding) : consisting of a cutter and a power unit, the cutter speed and cutting timing need to be precisely controlled to ensure uniform particle length. The power device is generally a motor, which drives the cutter to work through the transmission device.
