Product Description
1. The horizontal sand mill is a grinding equipment with wide adaptability, advanced and high efficiency. The grinding cavity is relatively narrow, the gap between the levers is small, and the grinding energy is intensive. It is equipped with a high-performance cooling system and an automatic control system, which can realize continuous processing and continuous discharging of materials, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
2. Classification: Horizontal sand mills, also known as bead mills, can be roughly divided into horizontal sand mills, basket sand mills, and vertical sand mills according to their performance.
3. Structure: It is mainly composed of body, grinding cylinder, sand grinding disc (lever), grinding medium, motor and feeding pump. The speed of feeding is controlled by the feeding pump. The grinding media of this equipment are generally divided into zirconia beads, glass beads, zirconium silicate beads, etc.
4. Characteristics: Compared with grinding equipment such as ball mill, roller mill and colloid mill, sand mill has the advantages of high production efficiency, strong continuity, low cost and high product fineness. The process conditions vary greatly, and the fineness requirements can be adjusted and classified by adding or subtracting grinding media in an appropriate amount.
5. Specifications: Our company can provide 5L-200L disk type horizontal sand mills. 5L is generally used for laboratory use. At present, our company is developing 300L-500L large-flow sand mills to meet the needs of large-scale industrial production.
