High speed single wall corrugated pipe making machine can produce PP/PE/PVC/EVA/PA material single wall corrugated pipe continuously.
We designed new technology,replace the traditional chain forming machine.The appearance and preceision of single wall corrugated pipe have improved greatly.
The production line is driven by gears,and the mould runs in the track.
It is equipped with an automatic lubrication system and a closed forced water cooling system to achieve high-speed production.

3. Double wall corrugated pipe production line
PE/HDPE/PVC double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line adopts extruding and forming process, it has the featuresof reliable quality and high efficiency.Compared with other plastic pipe wall structure ,double wall corrugated pipe has excellent wall structure design,its low weight reach the lower production cost and improve the market competitiveness.The pipe is widely used in various field instead of concrete pipe and iron pipes,because it has excellent features such as:easy connected and accessiories installed,and quality reliable.
Double - wall corrugated pipe production line can continuously produce HDPE double - wall corrugated pipe and this line can achieve on-line belling.
The machine has the function of automatic demoulding when power is off.
The extruder adopt high-efficiency screw, the die head adopts double-layer spiral structure, mould die and core die being nitrided
The forming machine adopts vacuum forming type, equipped with automatic lubrication system.Forming mould is made of aluminiumalloy, adopt water cooling type.
The pipe can be cut by on-line cutting machine automatically.

1,Main power will be controlled by PLC
2,the equipment will adopt industrial computer or operation display (with touch screen facility) and programmable logic control (that is IPC+PLC mode) to realize the line's synchronized running and the independent operation including alarm system.
3,The production operation and the parameter set including zone temp setting and display will be carried out through the touch screen display.
4,The production state collection and progress control will be realized on PLC, such as the motor start-up and stop, the given signal, Current, the motor speed and so on.
5,The Display will communicate with PLC, which can realize the production operation, the warning display, the line's emergency and other functions.
6,PLC based Synchronising system for the extruder and forming machine.
7,The display will be installed in the electrical cabinet, rationally and gracefully.
8,PLC (programmable logic control) will adopt high-quality Siemens series products
9,The machine will also adopt AC converters, air-switch, contactor and other main low-pressure products of Siemens products or other reputed suitable brand.

Q1.How to pay to you? A:1)30% of total amount paid by TT as advance, then the seller start production
2)after the machine is finished ,buyer come to test the machine in seller's factory ,
and then pay the 70% balance by TT or irrevocable L/C at sight . Then seller ship the machine.
Q2.How long is the delivery time?
A: For standard machines, it would be 30 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according
to client s specific requirements, it would be 45 days.
Q3.Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
A:Yes,for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you.
Q4.How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List,
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
Q5.What's your after-sales service ?
(1)The supplier provides service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliances, limb, usage manual of equipment. We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing.
(2)The supplier is responsible for installation, debugging and training, but the air tickets, insurance, eating, housing and every day 100 USD for each engineer will be born by the buyers. We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine leaves factory. And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year.
