The innovative 2BV series employs the ingenious recycling of the working fluid using the extracted medium (liquid), forming an eco-friendly closed cycle system that ensures zero emissions and enables effective solvent recovery.
For sustained operation under suction pressure nearing the ultimate vacuum (working liquid's saturated vapor pressure), it is essential to connect the cavitation protection pipe to safeguard the pump's integrity.
When functioning as a compressor, this pump achieves an impressive outlet pressure of up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure), offering versatile application..
Our advanced 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are engineered to excel in pumping explosive gases, adeptly meeting the demands of various flammable and explosive environments with performance parameters mirroring those of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.

--The cleverly designed inspection holes on the pump's end cover facilitate easy viewing of internal structures, and allow for the replacement of suction and exhaust valve plates without needing to dismantle the pump. Additionally, packing replacement is conveniently performed without removing the pump cover.
--Our pumps incorporate a system optimization design alongside a flexible exhaust valve design to mitigate over-compression during gas compression. This technology allows for automatic adjustment of the exhaust area, significantly reducing energy consumption and ultimately achieving peak operating efficiency.
--Boasting a maximum gas extraction capacity of 1030m³/min, this product is meticulously crafted to cater to processes requiring high extraction speeds.
