Answer: send sample is ok, the sample is free of charge, but do you have courier account number? Then I could send sample to you with freight collect.

3. After I made payment, how long I could get my order?
Answer: for customizing product, we need open mould to make, open mould and make sample need take about 8-10 days. After confirmed sample, we begin to make mass order. In general, for 2000 pcs order, the product time need take about 12-15 days.

4. How many color could electroplating?

5. The metal material whether will cause allergy?
Answer: our material is eco-friendly metal zinc alloy, the content of Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Chromium is very low, the Lead is under 40 Pbm.

6. How I make payment?
Answer: we accept make payment by T/T, Western Union, or ESCROW.

7. The payment term is?
Answer: after you place order, please arrange the 30% deposit to us in advance, then we begin to produce, once we finish the mass order, will let you know, then pay 70% balance, we received your payment, will arrange delivery as soon as possible.
