Q: What is your delivery time ?
A:It depending on the order quantity , normally the bulk order delivery time is 30-35days. (the quantity less than 5000pcs)
Q: What is your packing method ?
A:Our packing way is 1 pc placed in a Styrofoam + box , multi box in a master carton .
Q: What is you Minimum Order Quantity ? Can I order small quantity trial order to see quality first ?
A: Normal MOQ is 500 pcs , small quantity for trial order is available .
Q: Can I get sample cost back when I purchased order ?
A: Yes , sample cost will be refund after order confirmed .
Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
