Q4.Will you supply installation service for project?
A: Yes, Feilong can provide supply, door to door delivery and installation service. Professional installation teams have expertise knowledge in Feilong products and many years of experience.
Q5.How is your delivery schedule and projects capacity?
A: Generally it takes 35 days to produce. For big projects, it can be delivered every week after the first container. Production capacity is above 300,000 square meter per annual, can satisfy project needs of various sizes.
Q6.What information will you need for quote or manufacture?
A: Reasonably detailed drawings containing construction requirements and window schedule. Based on the drawing, consultation on feasibility and modification is provided.
Q7. How will you guarantee the shipping safety?
A: 5mm EPE foam layer separate each window, tie up and fix into iron shelves/crates, thick form outside, highly secure shipping.
