Product Introduction: A vertical mixer dryer is applied for mixing and drying PP PE PC ABS plastic granules, hard chips, flakes, animal feeds, heavy powder and so on. Vertical hopper mixng dryer is mainly for mixing plastic raw material, such as PP PE PPR PVC ABS pellets, mixed with masterbatch, meanwhile has a function of drying, remove mositure from pellets, compare with other mixer, it has big capacity, max can reach 3000kg/h, machine body adopt SS304 material.
Working Principle:
The series vertical stirrers are able to perform even mixture for large volume of material in short mixing time by utilizing the paddles rotation to gather the material from the bottom of dump center to the top ,shed the material flow back to the bottom and complete the mixing function in a short period of time .
Its interior is mainly composed of angular ventilation boxes arranged in layers. The outside of the angular box is filled with grain, and the grain flows from top to bottom. Hot air enters through the intake angular box and passes through the grain layer in the up and down direction. The exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust angular box. Hot air and grain flow both flow in the same direction and in opposite directions, which is called mixed flow. When the hot air passes through the grain layer, it transfers heat and moisture with the grain: the hot air transfers heat to the grains, causing their temperature to rise. The grains are heated and the water evaporates into the air and is discharged as waste gas. The dried hot grain flows downward to the slow-cooling section. After passing through the slow-cooling section, the temperature and moisture of the inner and outer layers of the grains tend to be balanced to achieve uniform precipitation. After the grain slowly soars, it enters the period After supercooling, the grain is cooled to the storage temperature and then discharged from the grain discharge section.
