This series of servo-controlled paper sheeting machine is special for processing jumbo rolls packing material into required size, such as paper board, chrome paper, laser paper, kraft paper, printing paper, gold paper, silver paper, alu. foil paper, laminated paper, carton, etc. It is widely used in the paper processing and printing packing industry.
Features
The automatic roll unwinding unit is equipped with hydraulic shaftless roll stands: two clamps and a pneumatic braking system, which are easy to use during roll manipulations Adopts JAPANESE SMC proportional valve It adopts ITALY PHASE servo motor and GERMANY KEB servo drivers for controlling constant-length cutting. It adopts SIEMENS PLC control and contact screen operation, keeps the whole equipment's program and circuit control stable and runs without accident. It adopts #45 heavy-duty steel body to ensure smooth operation and long lifetime. It adopts Switzerland EHRE timing belt . It has the functions of high speed, can reach 300 cuts/min.
