Product IntroductionOur Photoresist Coating Machine PCBA is specially designed for semiconductor photoresist coating equipment. It significantly improves wafer yield through nano-level coating control (thickness uniformity ≤ ±1.5%), solvent corrosion resistance (polyimide substrate + IP65 sealing) and intelligent process optimization. It is suitable for production lines of major Korean manufacturers such as Samsung and SK Hynix, supports EtherCAT communication and SEMI standard certification.
