The middle-speed beside-the-press granulators of RG-21 sereis are used together with plastics molding machine. It is designed to crush small shorts material and recycle them together with original material according to specificed proportion in order to avoide to reduce wastes, save power source, increase the utilization ratio of plastic material and lower the cost.
The characters of the machine
(1) The patent of bearing seat in order to avoide dust entering intothe bearing, long time using.

(3) Overload protector for motor and interlock protection device, double protection for the safety of worker and motor.
(4) Special cutter design adopting shear principle, made of high-chrominum shred, crush various plastics wastes easily.
(5) The gap of knives is adjustable, they can be dismounted when the have been unsharpde, and to be used repeatedly, long time using life.
(6) Separable design, the bunker, main body, mesh frame are dismounted easily, convenient for bunker cleaning.
(7) Special design in order to reduce the noise and vibration.
(8) Equipped with casters so as to move easily.
